Abstract

This paper gives a glimpse of a web application to facilitate a paperless
office in an academic organization towards maintenance of student’s
participation details. The application helps to have an authenticated
up-to-date system to keep track of student details. The application
will have 2 users namely Admin, Students to authenticate and upload
details of participation and proofs of participation certificates. The
uploaded data is maintained in a database and it can be monitored by
the admin. This application allows to take different types of reports
from the updated database.
