Abstract

Precision farming is that the latest trends within the agriculture sector
which makes use of data expertise to integrate all the procedures of
farming from analyzing the soil-moisture, meteorology, and the quality
of the seeds to predicting the real-time harvesting. Basically, it focuses
on the various aspect of inter and intra field variability of growing
crops. India is an agricultural country where farming is the backbone
of the economy and precision farming might be quite useful. The paper
recognizes numerous experiments related with the implementation
of precision farming in India. For the same in-depth interviews with
twenty farmers of the communities situated close the Hyderabad city
were conducted.1 The article is among the primary preliminary study
to explore the notice, usages, and experiments behind the adoption of
precision farming in India. The findings of the study will aid the policy
makers in designing strategies for promoting precision farming within
the emerging markets of India.
