Abstract

This paper gives the simple technique which can be used to move an
electronic device in the 2D plane by means of the hand gesture with
good accuracy in the movement. It uses Haar Cascade method of hand
gesture detection which gives us a good idea of the placement of the
hand using which we can move the object. It requires a simple web
camera that is needed to connect to the computer.
