A Review: Recruitment Portal

Abstract

The aim of the research paper is to grow online search portals as well
as provide proper login in search portals. The importance of placement
increase day by day because people in many sectors in their daily life
or work depending onplacements cells. A job portal helps job seeker
and recruiter finding the right organisation for the employees. The job
portals show the list of companies to the job explorers and the recruiters.
There are three modules. Admin, Recruiter and Jobseeker or applicant.
The admin has control over the complete portal. Recruiter after
registration can post jobs, view applicant profile. Jobseeker can register
for free in our portal and can search and apply for jobs that he wants.
