In the rapidly evolving landscape of industrial processes, this comprehensive review article delves into the intricate dynamics of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) within the context of flow processes. Recognizing the paramount importance of seamless and efficient operations, the paper navigates through the multifaceted strategies employed to uphold and elevate product or service quality standards. Commencing with an overview of the evolving industrial milieu, this review articulates the fundamental principles of QC and explores innovative methodologies such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management. The proactive role of QA in averting defects and deviations is scrutinized, with a focus on risk management, documentation standards, and the establishment of robust QA frameworks.
