After observing the process, it has been found that the tilting effort defect was causing major rejection, i.e., 26% rejection rates were observed. An eight-step methodology has been adopted to overcome the procedure of reducing quality rejection by defining the problem and removing the root cause of the problem using quality control tools, viz. the Pareto chart and run chart. Locking control of 2 nuts used in the steering wheel was achieved by the root cause analysis technique. Descriptive statistics (before and after root cause analysis) have been calculated, and validation of overall improvement is done by a two-tailed paired-sample t-test. With reduction in rejection, annual savings of 84000 rupees per annum have been made (rework cast savings of 7000 rupees per month). Finally, standard operating procedure has been prepared so that it becomes error-proof.
Jagdeep Singh Amanpreet Kaur Copyright (c) 2025 Jagdeep Singh, Amanpreet Kaur https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-11-28 2025-11-28 8 2 48 53 Extensive Literature Review On Green Logistics 5.0 With Ai Integration https://adrjournalshouse.com/index.php/Journal-ServiceManagement/article/view/2433
Green Logistics 5.0 combines cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and artificial intelligence with a human-centred approach to create a logistics industry that is sustainable, strong, and efficient. This evolution concentrates on supply chain optimisation for environmental benefits through methods including route optimisation, packaging waste reduction, and warehouse efficiency enhancement, while allowing human workers to collaborate with these intelligent technologies. A review of logistics 5.0 and its effects on international supply chain systems has been attempted in this research. To examine the effects of logistics 5.0 on highly sustainable systems, data was collected from a variety of publications. Green Logistics 5.0 emphasises a human-AI synergy where technology supports and enhances human decision-making, as opposed to the automation-focused Logistics 4.0. Instead of having AI-powered systems replace workers, this entails retraining them to collaborate with them.
P. Sivasankaran Copyright (c) 2025 P. The food delivery ecosystem is facing growing pressure to switch to sustainable packaging options due to growing environmental concerns and changing regulatory environments. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customers react to this change in these particular urban and semi-urban environments. Data is gathered from a representative sample of frequent food delivery customers in both districts using a survey-based methodology. Consumer knowledge of zero plastic initiatives, their readiness to accept possible compromises, their assessment of the packaging's functional performance (such as temperature retention, durability, and hygiene), and the impact of demographic characteristics and environmental consciousness on their perception are important research areas. It is anticipated that the results will highlight important factors that encourage and hinder the successful adoption of zero plastic packaging, offering useful information to local legislators, food delivery services, and packaging innovators. In the end, the study aims to close the gap between consumer acceptance and business sustainability initiatives, advancing a more thorough comprehension of market dynamics in India's developing environmentally conscious food delivery industry. In order to hasten the transition to genuinely sustainable last-mile logistics, the generated data will be essential for developing efficient marketing and policy strategies.
Karina Shah Ansh Pabari Jignesh Vidani Copyright (c) 2025 Karina Shah , Ansh Pabari, Jignesh Vidani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-11-28 2025-11-28 8 2 1 11 To study the role of brand loyalty on Gen-Z's buying behaviour of mobile phones in Ahmedabad city. https://adrjournalshouse.com/index.php/Journal-ServiceManagement/article/view/2432
The current study investigates the relationship between consumer brand loyalty for mobile phones and demographic characteristics, specifically age. A structured questionnaire was administered to 150 respondents, and the data were analysed using SPSS software, including frequency distributions, reliability tests, and chi-square association tests. The 11 items assessing brand loyalty demonstrated strong internal consistency, as indicated by a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.817. The majority of respondents were male (60%), between the ages of 18 and 25 (50%), and graduates (51.3%), according to the frequency analysis.

To investigate the relationship between age and different aspects of brand loyalty, crosstab and chi-square analyses were carried out. Age and (i) faith in the quality of the favored brand (p = 0.014), (ii) the impact of positive reviews and word-of-mouth on loyalty (p = 0.018), and (iii) hesitancy to move to another brand (p = 0.007) were shown to be strongly correlated.

According to these results, older consumers exhibit more consistent loyalty patterns, whereas younger consumers are more impacted by peer ratings and have an emotional bond with reputable companies. Age did not significantly correlate with other criteria like price sensitivity, after-sales service, or social media influence. The study's findings highlight the necessity for marketers to adjust their branding and communication methods in accordance with demographic profiles, even while brand loyalty is present across age groups and its determinants differ with age.
Yashvi Bhatt Copyright (c) 2025 Yashvi Bhatt https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-11-28 2025-11-28 8 2 20 30 To study Generation-Z awareness about Thank god it’s Monday & Thank god it’s Friday in Vadodara & Kutch District https://adrjournalshouse.com/index.php/Journal-ServiceManagement/article/view/2434
The expressions “Thank God It’s Friday” (TGIF) and “Thank God It’s Monday” (TGIM) symbolise contrasting workplace mindsets—one of relief and escape, and the other of motivation and engagement. With changing global work cultures, these sentiments have become vital indicators of employee well-being and workplace satisfaction. This study explores Generation Z’s awareness and perceptions of TGIF and TGIM in the Vadodara and Kutch districts of Gujarat, India. As digital natives entering a rapidly evolving work environment, Gen Z represents a generation redefining work-life balance, flexibility, and purpose-driven employment. The research draws upon literature from psychology, organisational behaviour, and occupational health to analyse the psychological, cultural, and socio-economic underpinnings of weekday attitudes.

A structured questionnaire was used to collect data regarding Gen Z’s awareness of TGIF/TGIM, emotional associations with Fridays and Mondays, and perceived impact of work-life balance and flexibility. The findings aim to understand how regional, occupational, and generational contexts influence weekday perceptions and contribute to shaping modern work culture. The study holds significance for organisations seeking to cultivate positive weekday engagement, enhance employee well-being, and align workplace culture with Gen Z’s evolving expectations.
Vraj Sapra Yash Rajgor Jignesh Vidani Copyright (c) 2025 Vraj Sapra, Yash Rajgor, Jignesh Vidani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-11-28 2025-11-28 8 2 12 19
