This work aims to design a high-performance CCII+ with improved power efficiency and linearity. A unique design of a CCII+ is proposed in this paper. The proposed circuit utilizes an active regulated current mirror, making it particularly suitable for low-voltage and low-power applications. The designed circuit has been simulated using Spice tools and 180 nm CMOS process parameters. All voltage and current equations have been observed as satisfactory during DC and transient analysis. Additionally, two applications utilizing the proposed CCII+ have also been implemented. All results agree with the theoretical analysis.</p> Harshmani Yadav Urvashi Bansal Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Advanced Research in Modeling and Simulation http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2026-01-29 2026-01-29 7 2 1 3
