The research highlights the impact of technology, consumer behaviour, and digital transformation on business growth and competitiveness. It also identifies challenges faced by both models, including cybersecurity issues in E-Commerce and higher operational expenses in traditional businesses. The study concludes that both business forms have unique strengths and can coexist by adopting innovative and customer-centric strategies.
