E-Commerce offers advantages such as global market reach, convenience, lower operational costs, and 24/7 accessibility, while traditional business provides direct customer interaction, physical product inspection, and stronger personal relationships. The research highlights the impact of technology, consumer behaviour, and digital transformation on business growth and competitiveness. It also identifies challenges faced by both models, including cybersecurity issues in E-Commerce and higher operational expenses in traditional businesses.
