People today buy a lot of things based on what they read online, like reviews and recommendations. This study looked at how user ratings, social media, and star reviews affect what people choose to buy. We used both old and new information. The older one came from books, articles, websites, and other research; for the newer information survey was used.. It isĀ found that online reviews really do influence people's buying decisions. Lots of people said they check reviews before buying cosmetics. They mainly change how they buy things based on product ratings and what other users say. Bad reviews often stop people from buying, while good reviews make them more likely to purchase. The study also showed that social media and star ratings really do change how people think and what they decide to spend money on.. Because of this, we suggest that beauty companies should gather real customer feedback, fix their review systems, run more ads on social media, and be clearer about their products. Doing these things can build trust and help people make better choices. This study shows how online reviews impact decisions when buying cosmetics. As online spaces keep growing, we'll probably see even more online reviews and social recommendations in the future.
