These challenges significantly impact the performance of logistics employees negatively, leading to decreased productivity, job satisfaction, and job security. The results of the study are expected to show that changing customer expectations, increased competition, and rising fuel prices are the most significant challenges faced by logistics companies. The study will also highlight the importance of investing in advanced technologies such as automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence to improve the performance of logistics companies. This research paper will provide valuable insights for logistics companies, helping them to develop effective strategies to address the challenges they face and improve their overall performance.
