Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and advanced analytics are transforming entrepreneurship by enabling startups to identify opportunities, understand customers, make informed decisions, develop innovative products, and achieve sustainable growth. In increasingly competitive and uncertain markets, data-driven entrepreneurship allows new ventures to convert structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, reducing uncertainty and supporting evidence-based decision-making. This paper examines how AI and analytics contribute to startup growth, opportunity recognition, business-model development, innovation, and competitive advantage through technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, business intelligence, natural language processing, automation, and generative AI. These technologies help entrepreneurs analyze market trends, forecast demand, personalize customer experiences, optimize operations, identify emerging risks, and test new ideas more efficiently. The paper also considers how data-driven tools can improve access to resources, support strategic planning, and enable startups to scale while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness. However, the adoption of AI and analytics presents significant challenges, including poor data quality, privacy concerns, cybersecurity threats, algorithmic bias, ethical risks, limited financial resources, inadequate infrastructure, and shortages of technical expertise. Small businesses may also struggle to integrate advanced technologies into existing processes or interpret complex analytical results effectively. The paper concludes that AI and analytics should be viewed not merely as technological tools but as strategic capabilities that can improve resource allocation, reveal underserved markets, strengthen innovation, and support the creation of adaptable products and business models. Their successful integration with entrepreneurial judgment, human expertise, organizational learning, and responsible data governance can enhance long-term startup competitiveness and promote sustainable digital entrepreneurship
