Humtan Resource Analytics (HR Analytics) is an emerging data-driven approach that uses employee data, statistical techniques, and data analysis to improve human resource management and organizational decision-making. This research paper presents a Human Resource Analytics System designed to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize employee-related information such as attendance, performance, recruitment, employee turnover, training, and productivity. The system is intended to support HR professionals by converting workforce data into meaningful insights.
The proposed approach emphasizes dashboards, reports, charts, and analytical indicators to reduce dependency on manual HR processes and improve the timeliness and accuracy of workforce information. By identifying performance patterns, recruitment trends, productivity changes, and possible turnover risks, HR teams can make more informed decisions and support employee retention. The paper discusses the concept, architecture, applications, benefits, challenges, and future scope of HR Analytics
