Perceptual Study on Consumer Buying Behavior Regarding LCD TVs

When a consumer wants to buy a durable product there are several things which comes under their mind while purchasing it. In this study the factors which affect the perception of a customer while purchasing a LCD TV are included. There can be so many factors but in this study we have included 26 factors. Thus how these factors affect during and after purchasing. What all be the after sales services getting by a consumer from the places they purchase an LCD TV. It is a costlier affair as these LCD TVs are not buying on regular basis. It is a durable product so people need reliable decision while buying it.
