Model Based Designing Approach for Implementation ofHybrid Electric Vehicles Using MATLAB/SIMULINK®

During recent years the growth of software control innovations in the automotive industry led to a development process founded on model based technologies which have many advantages for automotive developments. The advent of digital control system to optimize the operation of the various components has led to more efficient and more complex hybrid systems. Model based design can be used for entire system design process and they are a break through to achieve certain complex designs. In this paper complete vehicle system simulation structured to directly resemble layout of the physical system using MATLAB/SIMULINK® GUI graphical software environment
