Abstract

Today’s production environment changes have made it possible for robots to mechanically carry out tiresome, repetitive operations while manually managed work is transitioned to auto-cycle control equipment. These modifications frequently make use of and build upon operator process expertise. As long as this tendency persists, a substantially higher volume of product will be released, and the operator’s contribution will be more technically focused and less physically focused. A computer software running on a microcontroller, embedded computer, or an external or embedded computer provides the precise control and feedback.
An excellent time-saving device, automated viscous fluid filling machines are typically utilized in small-scale industries. Batch manufacturing in industry is the main function of this machine. Reduced filling time with maintained accuracy for viscous fluid filling machines. Viscous fluid can be easily packed in pouches. This machine is operated by an unskilled worker with minimal effort. Hopper, piston cylinder, non-return valve, motor, Arduino, mobile app, Bluetooth controller etc. are only a few of the machine’s basic parts. Stepper motors can be driven both clockwise and anticlockwise, and a control switch can change the motor speed. All of the construction equipment is fixed to a bed that produces hard cast-iron materials. Due to its temperature limit, some products and their by-products are viscous in nature. Owing to their high viscosity, manually filling cups and pouches is crucial. The accuracy that is manually maintained is extremely important in the limit. We can utilize an automated viscous fluid filling machine to lessen this issue. The cost of this machine is affordable for small-scale industrial user.
