Enhancing Reverse Logistics Information Management through Internet of Things: A Comprehensive Review and Application Framework
Keywords:
Reverse Logistics, Internet Of Things, Information SystemAbstract
The article explores the application of Internet of Things (IoT) in reverse logistics information management, focusing on the structure and process of the system. It analyses the current situation and literature research methods to develop a complete close-loop logistics system linking positive and negative logistics. The system will engage in data mining, backflow prediction, re-processing at regular and irregular intervals. The article provides advice to design, purchase, manufacturing, customer service departments to promote their businesses. The analysis of constraints, such as management, economic, hardware technology, data security, rights management, is limited. Further research will address these problems and develop detailed solutions.
