Abstract

Quality of Work-Life Balance (QWLB) has become an important aspect of human resource management as organizations recognize its impact on employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational success. This study aims to examine the quality of work-life balance among employees of and to analyze its influence on employee satisfaction and performance. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 153 employees, while secondary data were obtained from books, journals, company reports, and websites. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results indicate a strong positive relationship between work-life balance and employee satisfaction. The study also reveals that organizational support, career development opportunities, and employee welfare measures significantly contribute to improving employees' quality of work life. Regression analysis confirms that work-life balance has a significant influence on employee satisfaction and performance. The study concludes that organizations should strengthen employee-friendly policies, flexible working practices, and wellness programs to improve employee well-being and enhance overall organizational performance.
